3. Access to Storage Units
Customers are granted access to their storage units during our standard operating hours. Extended access may be available upon request.
3.1 Access Restrictions
- Access is limited to individuals listed on the rental agreement.
- Unauthorized access by third parties is prohibited.
3.2 Security Measures
Our facilities are equipped with surveillance cameras, secure locks, and on-site personnel to ensure the safety of your belongings.
4. Prohibited Items
To maintain a safe and compliant environment, certain items are prohibited from being stored at Storage Bayswater.
4.1 Restricted Items

4.2 Disposal of Prohibited Items
Any prohibited items discovered in your storage unit will be removed, and you may be subject to penalties or legal action as applicable.
5. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your storage agreement by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date.
5.1 Early Termination
- Early termination may incur fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
- All stored items must be removed by the termination date to avoid additional charges.
5.2 Non-Renewal
If rental fees are not paid upon renewal, your agreement may be considered terminated, and access to your storage unit will be revoked.
6. Liability and Insurance
Storage Bayswater takes reasonable precautions to secure your belongings; however, we are not liable for loss, damage, or theft beyond our control.
6.1 Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for stored items.
- Storage Bayswater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2 Damages
In the event of damage to your property, please notify Storage Bayswater immediately to facilitate an investigation and claim process.
7. Modification of Terms
Storage Bayswater reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through email or notices posted at the facility.
7.1 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of our storage services signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Governing Law
